Council of Minister Decree |

council of minister issued decree number 2 on
August 2004 for a steering committee to be
formed from a number of IT professionals. The
Committee membership was revised in November
2005 to reflect the changes that were associated
with the Peace Agreement signature. |

national initiative. The Committee mandate

The
eGovernment initiative is an important element
of the effort of transforming the government
into a more effective entity that will better
serve the citizen. The initiative consists of a portfolio of
projects classified under; infrastructure
projects, process reform, capacity building
programs and legislations revision and update. |
